Obituary
Jeanetta L. Jeffers Sharpe, age 78 of the Mill Branch Community of Huntsville, TN, passed away on Thursday, March 9, 2023, at the LaFollette Medical Center in LaFollette, TN. Born April 18, 1944, she was the daughter of the late Finley and Agnes Norris Jeffers.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Ledford Sharpe; and brother: Vincent Jeffers.
Jeanetta is survived by her son: Greg Ipock (Beth Cross); 5 sisters: Marjorie Ruth Dyer of Chatsworth, GA, Sherry Faye Harris and husband Gary of Athens, TN, Nona Lea Scott and husband Dewayne of Chatsworth, GA, Norma Leesa Young and husband LaBron of Chatsworth, GA, Denise Staten and husband Larry of Chatsworth, GA; several grandchildren, step-grandchildren, and great grandchildren; special cousins: Nikkie and Vicky Sexton, and Jessica and Jamie; and other family members and friends.
Friends may visit with the Sharpe family on Sunday March 12, 2023, from 1:00 p.m. until time of funeral service at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Jones & Son Funeral Home with Bro. Carlie Duncan and Bro. Ricky Massengale officiating. Music will be provided by the Antioch Singers.
Committal service will follow in the Fairview Memorial Gardens in Huntsville, TN. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
