Travis Dean Brown

Travis Dean Brown, age 50 of Robbins, Tennessee, born in Chicago, Illinois on March 2, 1968, went home to be with the Lord on February 26, 2019 after a long hard battle with brain cancer. He was a member of Pleasant Ridge Missionary Baptist Church. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Lola Brown; grandmother, Lilie Mae Harness; mother-in-law, Nora Bowling; and very special grandmother-in-law, Stella Hull.

He leaves behind his wife of 28 years, Charlotte; son, Coty Brown of Robbins, TN; daughters, Nakeisha Brown and fiancé Justin Higginbotham of Monticello, KY, Sarah Brown and Alexandrea Brown, both of Robbins, TN; one grandson, Atticus Skyler Brown; one sister, Dawn Hamby; and several other family members and friends.

Friends may visit with the Brown family on Friday, March 1, 2019 from 12 p.m. until time of funeral service at 2 p.m. in the chapel of West-Murley Funeral Home with Bro. Steve Gadd and Bro. Jeff Chaney officiating. Music will be provided by Jenny Beaty.

Burial will follow in the Black Creek Crossroads Cemetery in Robbins, TN. Serving as pallbearers will be: Roy Byrd, Dennis Anderson, Tommy Pierce, Randy Lowe, Dalton Lowe and Dewayne Phillips.
