Tennessee Bowling McKenzie

Tennessee Bowling Futrill McKenzie, age 80 of Hahira, GA, passed away on Monday, March 18, 2019 at the South Georgia Medical Center.  Born April 20, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Lettie Griffith Bowling.  

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother:  Fred Bowling; sister:  Beatrice Harness; first husband:  Wynn Futrill; second husband:  J. W. McKenzie; son-in-law:  William York; brothers-in-law:  Odeva Carroll and Crawford Harness.

She is survived by her children:  Margaret York of Hahira, GA, Marie (Phillip) Lovell of Jasper, GA, Lisa (Howard) Gains of Mobile, AL, Winford , Daryl, Larry Joe Futrill of Orlando, FL; brothers:  Mose (Edna) Bowling, and Benny (Janice) Bowling, both of the Brimstone Community; sisters:  Thelma Carroll of the Smokey Community, and Bessie (Don) Jolly of the Brimstone Community; sister-in-law:  Louvina Bowling of the Fairview Community; 11 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends.

Tennessee will be cremated.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
