Robert Roger (Muley) Muse

Robert Roger (Muley) Muse age 72, passed away at his home Sunday, December 16, 2018. Born April 24, 1946, he was preceded in death by his father, James Muse; mother, Lula Muse; brothers, Garret Muse, Charles Muse, Michael Muse, Clarence Woods; sister, Anita Gail Upchurch; father-in-law, Clyde (Pat) Duncan; mother-in-law, Othela Duncan. He was of the Baptist faith. Robert worked at Hartco Flooring for several years in maintenance.

He is survived by his wife, Anita Duncan Muse; sons, Toby Jeffers and Timothy Muse; grandsons, Troy Jeffers and wife Hailey, Trevor Jeffers and wife Holly; granddaughters, Tyra Jeffers and Tamra Jeffers; great granddaughter, Kandi Jeffers; great grandson, Damien Jeffers; brothers, Odeva Muse and wife Janet, Ernest Muse and wife Geraldine, Jimmy Muse; sister, Geneva Muse; special brother-in-law, Tim Duncan and wife Joyce Duncan.

Friends may visit with the Muse family on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 from 6-8 p.m. in the chapel of West-Murley Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, December 20, 2018 at 12 noon in the chapel of West-Murley Funeral Home with Bro. David Brewster and Bro. Carlie Duncan officiating. Music will be provided by Mark and Treda Muse.

Burial will follow in the Litton Cemetery. Pallbearers will be his grandsons, Troy Jeffers and Trevor Jeffers, Jay Storicks, Timmy Duncan, Tommy Huckeby and Corey Bertramm.
