Michael Wayne Simpson Obituary

Michael Wayne Simpson age 73 of Helenwood, Tennessee, passed away on Sunday, April 22, 2018 at the Big South Fork Medical Center in Oneida, TN. Michael was born August 3, 1944 to the late Willie and Imogene Seabolt Simpson.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers: Ray and Donnie Simpson; sister: Rochelle Strunk; nephews: Brian Turner and Chris Bowling; sister-in-law: Janet Simpson.

He is survived by brothers: Phillip and wife Rachel Simpson of Huntsville, Tennessee and Steve Simpson of Helenwood, Tennessee; sisters: Doris Turner and husband Rodney of Griffith, Georgia, Barbara Robb of Fayetteville, Georgia, Carol Harness of Helenwood, Tennessee, and Deebra Simpson of Virginia and many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Friends may visit with the Simpson family on Thursday, April 26, 2018 from 12 p.m. until time of the funeral service at 1 p.m. in the chapel of West-Murley Funeral Home with Bro. Dudley Harness officiating.

Burial will follow in the Daniel Memorial Cemetery in Helenwood, Tennessee.
