What a sweet and precious soul. Always happy and smiling. To watch Mable sing and praise her God was truly a blessing to see and made me ashamed of myself at the same time. Oh that we could all be more like Mable. How happy she must be now!

Trudy & I knew Mable through her sister and our sister-in-law Clo Jeffers, but we knew her best through our visits to the Oneida Nursing Home to see my Aunt Delores Chapman and Trudy's mother Helen Lotz. In nice weather we often took her outside with us and Trudy's mom to sit and reminisce. She seemed to greatly enjoy these occasions and was an active participant in the conversations. Trudy loved to tease her about her boy friends and she would giggle and say "Ahhh, Trudy!" as if she was offended by it, but it was obvious she loved the attention. I always appreciated the way she participated in the worship when our church would have Sunday services at the nursing home. She was known and loved by virtually everyone who had occasion to visit there. You will be missed, Mable.

I'm sorry for your family's loss. Mable was one very special person, I have been honored to get to fix her hair for several years. She always knew when I walked in the door and was ready to get her hair done. She was loved by everyone around her. Her Church family was so special to her.. I have been blessed to have called her my special Friend. Take you Angel wings and fly high Sweet Mable. We will all miss you.
