Louis Posey age 65 of Knoxville, Tennessee and formerly of Scott County area passed away on Thursday, September 14, 2017 at his home.  He was born March 31, 1952 in Oneida to the late Charles and Viola Terry Posey. 

 In addition to his parents, Louis was preceded in death by his brother, Roger Posey and niece, Heather Smith.

 Louis is survived by his brother, Bruce Posey of Jefferson City, Tennessee; sisters, Jean Posey and Cathie Jeffers and husband, Ricky, all of Winfield; nephews, Charles Posey wife, Amanda, of Powell, Tennessee and Danny Posey of Springdale, Arkansas.

 Graveside service will be conducted on Sunday, September 17, 2017 at 2 p.m. at the Carson Memorial Park with Bro. Larry Sexton officiating.  Music will be provided by Eric and Jessica Botts and Tiffany Posey.
