Judy Ann Pettis Simens, age 66 of Winfield, Tennessee, passed away on Saturday, June 10, 2017 at the Signature Health and Rehab Center in Pine Knot, Kentucky.  Born in Oneida, Tennessee on October 17, 1950, she was the daughter of the late Elzie and Juanita Ramsey Pettis.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her infant son Roger W. Simens; step-mother Annette Pettis; step-brother Warren R. Walker.

Survived by her daughter Cristie Simens of Winfield; special friends: Billy Brooks and Jason Caldwell of New Tazwell and Vince, Janie and Cole West of Winfield; as well as many other special friends and family.

As per Judy’s wishes, she will be cremated and no funeral service will be held.  A private ceremony for those closest to her will be conducted at a later date.
