Helen Overton Sweet Obituary

Helen Overton Sweet, age 61 of Pine Knot, Kentucky formerly of Robbins, Tennessee passed away on Friday, October 5, 2018 at her home.

She was of the Baptist faith.

She is preceded in death by her father, Everett (Blackey) Overton; daughters, Annie Overton and Barbie Hill; brother, Jerry Overton; niece, Jessica Smith.

Helen is survived by her mother Vela Slaven; daughter: Lola Sweet Stansberry; sisters: Lola Overton and Ella Rose; brothers: Pharaoh and Adam Overton; grandchildren: Shayanna Sexton, Cade Sexton and Kayla Boggs; many other relatives and friends.

Friends may visit with the Family on Monday, October 8, 2018 from 12 p.m. until the time of funeral service at 2 p.m. in the chapel of West-Murley Funeral Home with Bro. David Troxell officiating.

Interment will follow in the Black Creek Crossroads Cemetery in Robbins, Tennessee.

Pallbearers will be: Pharaoh Overton, Ronald Slaven, Jacob Lawson, Joe Patton, Aaron Ledford and Joe Smith.
