Delbert Litton, aged 85 of Oneida, Tennessee, passed away on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at Park West Medical Center in Knoxville, TN. He was born on August 10, 1932 in Oneida, Tennessee.
Mr. Litton was a member of Pentecost Baptist Church in Oneida, TN.
He is preceded in death by his parents Arlena and Jim Litton; sister Lula Jeffers; brother Bill Litton; special niece Cordellia Bauswell; son-in-law George Henry; Great-Granddaughter Shyann Mason.
He is survived by his loving children, daughters: Mary K. Litton Spradlin and husband Steve of Oneida, TN., Rochelle Henry and Junior Silcox of Pioneer, TN., and son David Litton and wife Connie of Cleveland, TN.; grandchildren: Keisha Taylor Newport and husband Gerard of Murfreesboro, TN., Chris Taylor of Cookeville, TN., Tina Mason and husband Andy of Pioneer, TN., Sarah Byrd and Mathew Garland of Pioneer, TN., Rachel Walker and husband James of LaFollette, TN., Jesse Henry and wife Kaylie of Oneida, TN., Shannon Silcox of Pioneer, TN., and Derrick Litton of Cleveland, TN.; great-grandchildren: Alexis & Brooklyn Newport, Donna Jo & Ethon Mason, Destiny & J.J. Byrd, Joseph Stephens, Aaliyah & Colton Walker, Landon & Kali Litton; special family members: nephews Raymond Jeffers and wife Shonda and Jimmie Bauswell; nieces: Violet Keeton, Linda Cooper & Wanda Jeffers, Roy Bauswell; great-nephew Jacob Jeffers and wife Amber; special Friends: Judy Wright & Family, Homer Chambers & Family, Milford Duncan & Family and Wayne Phillips. Mr. Litton also leaves behind many other loved relatives and friends.
Friends may visit with the Litton Family on Saturday, March 3, 2018 from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. in the chapel of West-Murley Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be on Sunday, March 4, 2018 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of West Murley Funeral Home with Bro. Larry Ellis, Bro. Jennings Terry, and Bro. Jim Laxton officiating. Music Provided By: Shepards Way Quartet.
Burial will follow at the Litton Family Cemetery. Family and Friends will serve as pallbearers.
