David Harold Lovett Obituary

David Harold Lovett, age 65 of Oneida, Tennessee passed away on Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville, TN. Born in Scott County, TN on May 14, 1953, he was the son of the late Harold Cecil Lovett and Devorah Phillips Lovett. David enjoyed 4-wheeling, hunting and being outdoors. He will be missed by all.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ulysses and Margaret Phillips and Everett and Zama Lovett; and brother-in-law, Tony Jeffers.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Pamela Lovett; daughter, Michelle Thomas and husband James Thomas; brother, Mike Lovett and wife Stephanie King Lovett; sister, Deborah Lovett Jeffers; granddaughters, Ashley Adkins and Sarah Adkins; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Friends may visit with the Lovett family on Saturday, March 23, 2019 from 1 p.m. until time of the funeral service at 2 p.m. in the chapel of West-Murley Funeral Home with Bro. Phillip Kidd officiating.

Burial will follow in the Hazel Valley Memorial Cemetery in Oneida.

Although you can’t be here with us, we’re truly not apart. Until the final breath we take, you’re always in our heart.
