Raiford L. Sharpe, age 76 of Huntsville, Tennessee, passed away on Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at Huntsville Manor Nursing Home. He was the son of the late Rev. George and Edna Jeffers Sharpe.

Raiford was a member of the Batavia Baptist Church in Batavia, Ohio.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sisters, Wyvona Bowling and infant girl, Veechel Sharpe.

He is survived by companion, Faye Lloyd; sons, Darrell Sharpe and wife Jackie and Shane Sharpe; brother Ledford Sharpe and wife Jeanetta; mother of Shane, Doreen Reitmeyer; grandchildren, Maddison, Ryder, Cody and Jesse Sharpe; great-grand child, Isabel Grace Sharpe; many other relatives and friends.

Friends may visit with the Sharpe family on Friday, October 20, 2017 from 12 p.m. until time of funeral service at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of West-Murley Funeral Home with Bro. Carlie Duncan officiating, music will be provided by Antoch Singers.

Interment will follow in the Fairview Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Roy Bosheres, Justin Duncan, Shane Sharpe, Riley Lowe, Jesse Sharpe and Cody Sharpe; Honorary pallbearers, George Harliss and Darrell Sharpe.
