Mable Terry, age 74 of Oneida, Tennessee, passed away on Thursday, January 4, 2018 at the Oneida Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Oneida, Tennessee. 

Born March 20, 1943 she was the daughter of the late James and Arlena West Terry.  She was saved and joined Paint Rock Baptist Church at an early age and later moved to Macedonia Christian Center where she was a loving and faithful member.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two sisters, infant Lola Terry and Ruby Jeffers and husband, Vernon; great-niece, Missy Smith; and Karen Smith Lowe, whom she claimed as a daughter.

Mable is survived by sister, Cloretta Jeffers and husband, Eddie, of Indianapolis, IN; brother, Curtis Terry and wife, Barbara, of Oregon; nieces and nephews, Harry, Josephine, Tammy, Chuck, Deanna, Donna, and Tony; uncles, Leonard Terry, Jr. and Charlie Terry; special friend, Lucille Smith and husband, Herbert, of Paint Rock; and her children whom she claimed as hers, Kandi, Kristy and Mary; and grandchildren whom she claimed as hers, Dustin, Hallie, Jacob, Storm, Bray Lynn, Skylor, Jerico, Shae, Neisha and Gracie who was her doll; and her church family at Macedonia and the churches that came for church at Oneida Nursing Home who she loved dearly; the staff at the Oneida Nursing and Rehabilitation Center; and many other relatives and friends.   

Friends may visit with the Terry family on Sunday, January 7, 2018 from 12 p.m. until time of funeral service at 2 p.m. in the chapel of West-Murley Funeral Home with Bro. Herbert Smith and Bro. Randall Duncan officiating.  Music will be provided by the Chris Neal Singers and Zach Sexton. 

Interment will follow at the Sexton Memorial Cemetery.  Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. 

West-Murley Funeral Home is serving the family of Mable Terry.
