Jonnie Ruth West Watters Obituary

Jonnie Ruth West Watters, age 54, of Oneida, TN, passed away Thursday, March 15, 2018 at the Big South Fork Medical Center in Oneida.

Jonnie was of the Baptist faith, and worked as an ER nurse at Scott County Hospital for several years. She was loved by those that knew her.

Born in Scott County, TN on January 23, 1964, she was the daughter of the late John Curtis and Barnie Ruth West.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son: Rocky Cole Watters; brother: Gregory West; niece: Tara Renee West; Grandparents: Barney and Emma Smith and Lula West.

Jonnie is survived by her daughter: Tia Jaid Wade and husband Michael of Dayton, OH; brother: Curtis West and wife Judy of Oneida, TN; sister-in-law: Colleen West of Knoxville, TN; special cousins: Bonnie Knuckles of Corbin, KY and Amber Sparks of Corbin, KY; other family members and friends.

She was looking forward to the arrival of first grandchild Killian Emmett Wade.

Jonnie’s request was to be cremated. A Celebration of Life service will be announced by the family at a later date.
