Mrs. Janet Lee Stanley West, age 72 of Oneida, TN, passed away on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at her home. Born June 23, 1944 in Jellico, TN, she was the daughter of the late Ben and Maudie Reed Stanley. She was a member of the Pine Grove Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, Janet was preceded in death by her daughter: Denise West; grandson: Chris Bell and his FiancAC. Lynsee Reneau; and brother: Dilmon Stanley.

She is survived by her husband: Duell West; daughter: Lisa Bell and husband Greg; grandchildren: Olivia Freels and husband Dalton, Weston Bell, Peyton Orick, Byron and Bryce Duncan; great grandson: Topher Bell; siblings: Linda King, Don Stanley and wife Alice, Betty Akers; and many other special family and friends. The family would like to express a 'Special Thanks' to Quality Hospice Nurses (Rhonda and Victoria) and Quality Home Health Caregivers (Bridget and Tiny).

Friends may visit with the West family on Friday, April 7, 2017 from 1 p.m. to time of funeral service at 3 p.m. in the Chapel of Jones & Son Funeral Home with Bro. Charles Northrup and Bro. Payton Slaven officiating. Music will be provided by Tammy and Justin Wright.

Burial will follow in the West Family Cemetery in the Pine Hill Community. Pallbearers will be: Greg Bell, Weston Bell, Dalton Freels, John Wright, Byron Duncan and Bryce Duncan. Honorary Pallbearer will be: Oscar Duncan.
