Franklin Seth King, age 30 of Helenwood, TN, passed away on Saturday, December 9, 2017 at Big South Fork Medical Center in Oneida, TN.  Born in Knoxville, TN on September 3, 1987, he was the son of Morgan Reece King and Connie Roark King, and lived all of his life in Scott County.  Seth was a 2006 graduate of Oneida High School, and was an avid gun and knife collector, and loved hunting and 4-wheeling.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Bob and Anne Roark Chambers, and Estol King.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brother:  Tyler King and Elizabeth Martin and niece Velouria King of Knoxville; grandmother, Imogene King Laxton and husband James of Oneida; aunts Gina Phillips and husband Steve of Oneida, Teresa Roark Jones and husband Joel of Knoxville, and Cindy Roark Daniel of Oneida; uncle Jeff Roark; first cousins:  Jordan Roark, Stephen Phillips, Jonathan Phillips, Bailey Roark and Ben Roark; and many other relatives and friends.

Friends may visit with the King family on Saturday, December 16, 2017 from 12:00 p.m.  until time of funeral service at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Jones & Son Funeral Home with Bro. Corey Reynolds officiating.

Burial will follow in the Kingtown Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be:  Jake Laxton, Chase Vanderpool, Marcus Mansfield, Stephen Phillips, Jonathan Phillips, Tyler King, Patrick Spradlin, Joel Jones, and Cody Stephens.
