Benjamin Franklin Monroe, Jr., age 69, of Jamestown, Tennessee passed away on Thursday, March 2, 2017 at his home. He was born December 5, 1947 to the late Benjamin Franklin Monroe, Sr. and Mammie Quick Monroe.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Monroe was preceded in death by his first wife, Tammy Fletcher Monroe; brother, Rex Monroe; and grandson, Harley Morse.

Benjamin is survived by his wife, Rhonda Monroe; three children, Angela Newsome and husband, Jimmy, Linda Chambers, and Bobby Monroe; step-children, Dani Monroe, Crissy Babb, and Brandon Reagan; grandchildren, Chris Newsome and wife, Jessica, Cheyenne Morse, Cherilyn Morse, Joey Monroe, and Tyler Monroe; great-grandchild, Ava Newsome; brother, Randy Monroe; sister, Cheryl Monroe and many other relatives and friends.

Mr. Monroe's wishes were cremation.
