I'm here in Pigeon Forge on vacation and searched Arlene's name and this came up. I am just devastated. Arlene was my best friend from the 8th grade up to adults. RIP my dear sweet friend.

Prayers for the family, I loved Arlene and will miss her dearly. I got to know her very well working with her. She had a great sense of humor.
