Charity Mahan

Charity Mae (Trammell) Mahan age 73 of Oneida, Tennessee passed away on Saturday, March 23, 2013 at her home.

Charity was born in Scott County, Tennessee on June 10, 1939, she was the daughter of the late Lee and Amy Trammell.

She was a member of the Winfield Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Walter Eugene Mahan; sister Jewell Davis; brothers David and Ray Trammell.

Survived by her daughter Angela Ryan Taylor and husband Jerry; beloved grandson Tyson Ryan (and Whitney); great granddaughter Alexis Ryan; sisters Beatrice Peters of Florida and Alice Monesmith of Indiana; several nieces and nephews, many other relatives and friends. She had a long time special friendship with Rick and Sharon Burchfield.

Friends may visit with the Mahan family on Tuesday, March 26, 2013 from 10 a.m. until time of the funeral service at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Jones & Son Funeral Home with Rev. David Smith officiating. Interment will follow in the Perkins Cemetery in Winfield.

Jones & Son Funeral Home is serving the family of Charity Mae (Trmmell) Mahan.
